About me

I was born and raised in Israel, and fell in love with dancing as a child. I grew up studying different dance genres, such as Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz and more. As a teenager, I was introduced to Flamenco and was immediately taken and moved by the music, dance and passion.
I was very fortunate to study and perform with fantastic teachers in Israel such as Carmel Nathan-Shelly, Timo Lozano and more.
I arrived to the US on 2004 and started working as a lead pre-school teacher. Working with children is another love of mine, and I was very lucky to be able to keep growing and investing in both areas.
In the past few years, I have been studying and performing with the wonderful and very talented Anna Menendez's group Pastora Flamenco and Edwin Aparicio's Company - Flamenco Aparicio.
In addition, I had the privilege to attend workshops in both the US and Spain with some of the most world renown Flamenco Maestros, such as Manolo Marin, "La Truco", Marco Flores, Manuel Liñán, Maria Juncal, Alfonso Losa and Mercedes Ruiz among others.
Performance venues in the US have included Kennedy Center's Millennium Stage, Sidney Harman Hall at Shakespeare Theater Company, Public Playhouse Theater, Corcoran Gallery of Art, Dance Place, Gala Hispanic Theater, Tablaos and Festivals.
For me Flamenco is a world of passion, daring, expressing, liberty and endless learning. It enriches my life in so many ways. I hope it never stops.
